My stay at the hotel was mixed with some positives like a spacious and comfortable room with an excellent view over the river, but there were also some drawbacks like the noise every night and the fact that my room was a smoking room. The location was excellent right by the river, but the dining options were limited.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very helpful and kind staff, directly across from the lift and a beautiful view. While not 5-star in style or furnishings, the service is exceptional with staff willing to assist in any way possible, especially at the rooftop bar. The location, between Old Town and Shipyards, is first class and within walking distance of the most important attractions, providing an amazing view of Moldava. The dining experience presents a huge selection and a cozy breakfast room. Price may be a bit high for some, but the value for money is evident given the hotel's reputation.

The service was top-notch with staff being very helpful and professional at all times. The location was wonderful, overlooking the river and close to the swing bridge, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The dining experience offered a huge selection of food, although it could be a bit pricey. The facilities were excellent, adding to a fantastic overall experience.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and equipped with high-quality amenities, but unfortunately, they were cold throughout my stay even after adjusting the heating. On the positive side, I received an upgrade courtesy of Mrs Katarzyna Ciska, one of the managers, and my room was located on the top floor.
